It's not everyday that you encounter the personal passion of the proprieter infused into the banquet. We went for a light meal but 'cleaned up' as everthing that landed on the table was SO fresh. Even the staff kept checking on us so we never had to beckon service. Ramon really made us feel that we have come home, as we discovered a charming woodfire oven awaiting our next visit. In all good enterprises, it always starts at the top. This is a shining example of a capital CARE factor. Highly recommended.
